You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This apartment is co-hosted by digital company Zymzo, which provides you with the check-in process done via the Zymzo app where you register yourself and pay for the fees not collected by Booking. On the day of your arrival you then receive the information for entering the apartment. In the app you can also acquire the option for the early check-in, late check-in and late check-out which need to be announced 24 hours before your arrival. Charges are applicable. In the Zymzo app you pay for the already mentioned security deposit which is refunded to you 7 days after your departure upon the inspection of the apartment.
