Please inform Waterfront Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartments are serviced daily and a linen and towel change service occurs every 5th day of the stay. Cleaning services on a Sunday and on public holidays can be arranged at an additional charge. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking.
