Aesthetic eclectic instagramable boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne CBD with amazing rooftop pool and nice design. Comfortable and spacious room with great amenities. Thank you so much Mr Eddy for efficient check in process and warm welcome, Jan for preparing my room, Mr Chimmy for preparing my coffee, and to all Adelphi Hotel staffs for great services and hospitality.

Very good value for money, relatively spacious, centrally located. Interesting space - 80’s, designed to be immersed in. A little tired though and impacted by the renovations happening on the restaurant - making entrance dark/a little cramped.

Very disappointed with how little maintenance has been done since we were here 7 years ago. No communal areas at the moment as these are under renovation and currently closed, but no notification was given. No room service available and ‘free minibar’ included a sprite, coke, and water. Rooms need to be cleaned deep cleaned e.g carpet, shower, and walls need painting. Windows need painting and repair. Hallways smell overly like poor perfume. Beautiful location but hotel is rundown.
