We have definitely found our new Melbourne home. Booked the room for my wife and daughter and they both didn’t want to leave. From the serenity of the balcony in the room facing the fields on Domain Road, to the French inspired decor, the quality of the bed, linen and decor, it’s going to be tough considering other hotel choices. It’s the little touches too that make a huge difference, such as a bottle of water in the centre console of the car with a thank you note from concierge, to the front desk team explaining how to access the hotel at night when the front door is locked. The property and the people made my wife and daughter feel seen, safe and loved.

Absolutely amazing staff at The Royce from the minute we checked in, staff amazing room spotless had the best nights sleep and great location with the tram at the front door!
Highly recommend!!

totally bizarre, the staff are the rudest most ridiculous bozos you could possibly imagine and I was forced to leave my suite id booked because a third person was in my room I paid for... not a boise complain, not any other form of bad behaviour just simply the silent presence of another individuaL. despicable!!

Wonderful retirement lunch for six

This was a perfect location for a quiet lunch with some of my closest colleagues. It was quiet so that conversation was easy. The food was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful hotel within easy reach of the Melbourne CBD.

Outstanding hotel. Friendly, professional and helpful staff....willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
Dining options were plentiful, in room service or dining at the restaurant. The evening meal was presented well and delicious. Breakfast was beautifully prepared, fresh and delicious. The dining area was equally comfortable and lovely.
