Amazing Customer Service and Beautiful Hotel

We booked deluxe twin mountain view room. The guest services staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Five Star customer service. Our room had a lovely mountain view, would have just liked a baggage stand. The buffet breakfast had plently of options and we loved that they cooked the eggs the way you like and fresh.

Relax and enjoy

Great place to stay for a relaxed entertainment. The rooms are pleasant, dining options are great under one roof. Loved the bar and the entertainment options.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the West Point.

The room was spacious, clean and an amazing view of the harbour. The breakfast buffet was great, with freshly cooked eggs on request. Lots of other options as well.
