Fantastic hotel in a great ski resort!

Booked as part of a ski package with Ski Crystal. This hotel is the best hotel I've Stayed in on a ski holiday. The accommodation was clean, comfortable with good bathrooms and plenty of hot water for after the skiing. The staff from reception to the waiting staff, bar staff and cleaners were friendly and efficient and excellent at their jobs. Best was the food! The breakfasts were outstanding, with a huge choice of fruits, cheeses, meats, beautiful breads, fruit juices of your choice, cooked food and then the granola/muesli bar - unbelievable!
Dinner was exceptional, with 5 courses every night, with great choice, plus cheeseboard . Delicious and beautifully presented . Such good value too and Ischgl is a great resort for the intermediate/advanced skier. A great infrastructure, no queues and quiet pistes. We loved it!

Cold! We were two adults and they gave us one small blanket that covered half the bed. This must’ve been an oversight, but when I called in the evening (11pm) to get another blanket, there was no response. I slept with my ski jacket and sweatpants on and used the two bathrobes as blankets. The spa says it’s open until 8, but at 730, the sauna door and steam room door were both open to air them out for the night. We were disappointed. Besides that, the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. We won’t be back. Definitely not worth the money.

Great place overall

Great place overall, upgraded rooms are larger for 3+. Hotel VIP lockers are excellent and convenient close to gondola. 5 minute walk from lockers/gondola. Breakfast is incredible! We were looking forward to it each and every morning!

Great service, great food, great location!

Beautiful hotel with great food, amazing staff and a short walk to the main gondola. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a balcony, cleaned daily to a high standard. The service at Hotel ischgl sets it apart from others, Fabian, Milla and the rest of the team were exceptional and provided wonderful, friendly service throughout our entire week stay - thank you to them they are great at what they do! The hotel is equipped with four different saunas as well as a nice board room with heaters for gloves and boots. 10/10 on every front i highly recommend.

Hotel Ischgl, Ischgl

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent food. We used the sauna and steam room 3 times, which was really nice after a day’s skiing. We paid for a ski locker at the Pardatschgrat gondola which meant we did not have to carry skis, boots, gloves or helmets back to the hotel and that meant the 5 minute a walk was no problem. Overall really pleased with the hotel.
