Hotel Augarten - A Superb Hotel
Hotel: The hotel is a lovely, warm, authentic Austrian hotel and very homely. The owners were very nice, as were all of the staff. The hotel has multiple saunas and a steam room to enjoy after skiing, the food and hospitality was excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was room 108, first floor and is very nice. In short, the hotel is pretty much faultless and is small/boutique too with around 25 rooms.
Location: It must be the best located hotel in the area. On the flat, the supermarket is your left-hand neighbour, Intersport ski-rental is immediately opposite, the lift pass office is your right-hand neighbour and the ski bus is in front of it. A small selection of shops and restaurants and literally a few hundred yards away.
The immediate area is quiet and so the evenings reflect this. It may have been available and we may have missed it, but perhaps a quiet music evening and drinks somewhere would have been nice for one evening of our stay.
Skiing: the glacier is superb and very well managed, the slopes wide and perfectly kept and the scenery is stunning.
Summary: We would go again and stay at the Augarten, it was that nice, low key and friendly. One of the nicest ski areas we have been too and lovely to go back to Austria again. Congratulations to the hotel; superb!

AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY, TO DO AGAIN.........
The location of the hotel is very convenient: 100 meters from the Elferbahn cable car and 30 meters from the bus stops that cross the entire valley, to Innsbruck. Strategic location to reach all the facilities and attractions of the valley.
The structure is kept perfectly tidy. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas (SPA) is impeccable. All amenities are impeccable.
The Enzian room (33 sqm) is very comfortable and spacious with all the comforts, such as to make it a superior category structure; a plus is the large balcony / terrace with deck chairs, table and chairs.
The Welcoming of all the staff is superb. The food is great, with high quality products. Thank you Mrs. HELGA & Family.

Family friendly hotel, top hosts and very friendly staff
Our stay at Hotel Augarten was great. We had a spacious family room that was clean and lovingly decorated – perfect for a holiday with children. The child-friendliness of the hotel has convinced us particularly. The whole team was warm and very attentive to the little ones, which made the stay especially pleasant for us as a family.
We were also spoiled culinary: The half board offered a varied breakfast in the morning and a delicious 5-course meal in the evening, which surprised every day anew – not only for adults, but also for our children.
The location of the hotel is ideal – quiet yet central, a perfect starting point for hiking and excursions into nature.
Conclusion: A feel-good place for families that wonderfully combines relaxation, warmth and enjoyment.

Hospitality is still very important here!
My review for the Hotel Augarten im Stubaital:
Our stay at Hotel Augarten was just fantastic! Already on arrival we were warmly welcomed and everything important was explained to us in detail, so we felt comfortable from the beginning.
Our room was beautifully decorated and above all spotlessly clean – here you can really relax. I would also like to highlight the hosts who have always taken the time for a short, friendly small talk. This made us feel welcome and in good hands.
Every day we were given great hiking tips that made our stay in the Stubai Valley even more unforgettable. The recommendations were always tailored exactly to our fitness level and the weather – just perfect!
The food was also great! Every meal was a treat, and the restaurant service was always super friendly and attentive. Hospitality is really important here.
All in all, we can only warmly recommend the Hotel Augarten. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a warm atmosphere, this is the right place!
