Lovely hotel, one slight accessibility issue is the parking is across the road, it's a free public car park but it's a nice area so should be safe.

My second time in this hotel.
First my compliments for the reception, perfect, friendly and 'human'
The disaster was the restaurant, i book a hotel with a restaurant, always. It took 45 minutes to get a drink. And 1 hour to even order my food.
It was nice weather, so the terras was quite full, so i expect a little delay. But this was to much.
It was one of the worst hotel-restaurant experiences ever. I do not blame the very young person who had to take the orders. I blame the management.
The first room i received, the airco sounded like a starting jetfighter plane.
The perfect reception arranged a new room after that, again, i repeat, the reception is perfect.
Second room had some defects ( see picture)
It is a very good hotel, but come on, be more perfect please

Ok, but............
Fine hotel, but unfortunately some serious shortcomings overshadow the positives.
Although the hotel is fine on its own, I find both the room rates and the prices in the restaurant quite high. For a hotel in this price range, you can expect excellent service, and that is exactly where things go wrong.
Bookings through Booking.com seem to be a problem on a regular basis. Instead of thinking along and looking for a solution together, the responsibility is placed directly with Booking.com. During my last stay, I was even required to repay for an already paid room at check-out, despite being able to show the payment confirmation. I was assured that this would be solved afterwards, but now we are more than three weeks, several phone calls and a solid email. So far, no solution has been found. I keep getting promises that I will get a call back, but that promise is simply not kept. That is, especially for a hotel in this price range, unacceptable.
The restaurant generally serves good food, but even there the execution falls short. Due to understaffing, waiting times are often far too long. During our last visit we were even served raw shrimp. That dish was eventually neatly replaced, but such mistakes simply should not occur when you pay premium prices.
In short: a hotel with potential, but the poor customer service, the lack of solutions and the poor handling of complaints mean that I will not be returning here for a while.

Good place to stay for what we needed. Clean and great with air conditioning in the extreme heat.

All staff encountered were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent.
