I would like to send my congratulations to the entire staff at the Sofistic Hotel Gramado. We had an excellent experience, marked by impeccable service, cordiality, attention to detail and an atmosphere of very good taste. Your commitment to providing a high standard of accommodation is clear. Thank you for making our stay even more special. We will definitely return and indicate the hotel to friends and family.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service, food and accommodation

We stayed at the hotel and were very pleased. The hotel is modern, super cozy, smelly, wonderful food, the staff very attentive, from the reception, waiters to the storage room. Very clean and neat rooms. We would like to leave a special thanks to Julio who served us every morning at the Café, always very helpful, attentive, sympathetic and on the 2nd day already knew our preferences and immediately already served us. We will be back for sure.
