I found it weird
Breakfast left to desire for having achocolated to make milk for kids, only has in the machine.
But the most negative point of all was the hotel/restaurant reception refusal to provide cutlery and glasses, I had never seen that, a hotel that does not provide cutlery and glasses.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
I've been here once, but this one was the last.
I arrived at the hotel 10:30 and they informed that the room was ready, but I could only enter by paying half a day extra (because my stay was 6 days).
According to informed this is order of management, which did not refuse to talk to me. The answer is pay or wait.
My recommendation for this hotel:
AVOID AND DO NOT COME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT AIM FOR THE CUSTOMER'S WELL-BEING.
