Excellent service from front desk - Tanya
We came as part of tourist group, but had a fortune that our tour guide did not speak English. I jumped in to help out, and met best front desk staff in years. Tanya was amazing. To all our questions she had extended answer, search net for additional info (about timings of metro- going and coming, which exchange office’s are working, where are good parking spots for the bus is in downtown). Since non of us had Bulgarian currency Lev, she even called taxi service and negotiated with them to accept Euros from us. She went above and beyond for us, bombarded us with info. We were very lucky to meet her. Great asset to already good hotel.

Reasonable accommodation for reasonable price
This hotel suited our one night stay due to it being not far off the main freeway while bypassing Sofia. The cost of the room for what was received was good. Breakfast was a little lacking but suited us and our needs. We managed to park our car straight in front of the hotel, but spaces were limited. Good nights sleep in a dated room, Wifi worked well. Restaurant didnt do evening meals but found a restaurant a two minute walk around the corner. It suited us for what we wanted to pay and what we got

its fine
i like that it is in a come place ( not in the center ) , the restaurant is not the best ,but food is OK. Nice rooms, good service, easy to find and more then enough space to park your car... may be will visit again

2 nights in Nadejda Hotel
I stayed 2 nights in Nadejda Hotel. It was ok. It doesn't have anything special but it is confortable, clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is tasty. They have an underground parking which was very usefull for us. It is close to a Lidl supermarket. It could have been cheeper, but the price was acceptable.

Good value hotel
I have been staying in this hotel many times, when visiting Sofia on business. Rooms are spacious and relatively new. There is a Lidl supermarket right next to it. City center is only few leva away by taxi. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend asking for a room as high up as possible as sometimes there is live music in the restaurant on ground floor which is really loud and quite horrible. Breakfast is ok, except for the coffee.
