Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean. Staff was attentive. Laundry services did not use, but it was available free of charge. Room was already air conditioned when we arrived! Highly recommend!

Bad experience hotel in pnompenh

The service was bad. I complained about a dirty duvet, but the issue was not resolved. Since I checked in, I tried to speak with him, but he did not respond to me, and the staff were not friendly

While we usually receive high praise for our hospitality—maintaining a 9.0 out of 10 rating across over 1,000 reviews—it is clear we missed the mark for you, and I apologize for any frustration caused by a communication breakdown.
Regarding the duvet, I want to assure you that cleanliness is a strict standard at our hotel. The duvet was fully laundered and sanitized; unfortunately, it had a persistent stain that could not be removed despite multiple washings. As it was a brand-new item, we had kept it in rotation, but we have since removed and replaced it to ensure our guests' comfort.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the flawless stay you deserve.

The stay was subpar. The room had a weird smell when we entered and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, heard cars all night every night. Was also charged for a small food stain that could easily be taken out by the laundry team. Scam.

Hongley at reception was amazing, I may have spelt his name wrong but really went out of his way to help us. Great little find and good value hotel , recommended
