When I checked in, the initial suite that I had booked online for the week was not the one that was given to me.
The beautiful and very sweet, understanding young girl at the reception found the error that had been made, and then I was given the room card for that original suite. We really enjoyed suite 107 and will definitely book it again for our trip back to Creston, BC in Aug/Sep 2027.
I had to book out a day earlier than expected because two other guests got sick.
When I advised the front desk of my intention to leave a day earlier, she was very understanding. When I inquired about another suite, she explained the layout in detail very well.

It was an affordable stay.
The Front Desk Clerk was helpful and engaged with me with care.
Though that is part of a great experience, that is not how I determine my overall satisfaction with a booking.
I found the room spacious, and the layout was fine.
I travelled with a group, and I was on the pullout couch, which was not comfortable at all.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming; rooms might need an upgrade. There is karaoke at the bar on Saturdays!
