DO NOT STAY HERE... unless you want a room for an hour

BEWARE! Do not stay here!!
Unless you want to rent your room by the hour.... which this place definitely fits the bill. Probably also great for doing drug deals.
At check in they charged my credit card a deposit of $150 for "damages" in addition to the room rate. A deposit for damages is not unheard of. But this was not reimbursed. There were no damages. Not only did they charge me the $150, they charged me twice! $300. Which I reported to my credit card company.
After this stay my credit card was also frauded so I ended up having to cancel my cards and go through all that hassle. I have a feeling it was linked to this place.
Fridge in room didn't work. A/C unit didn't work. My room was so hot I had to open a window but was scared to leave it open long because of the sketchy neighbourhood and clientele. Toilet had that orange scum that comes from not being cleaned in a long time.
The reception area is absolutely disgusting. Have they heard of a vacuum? I wouldn't dare sit on the furniture in there.
Bed was comfortable but that's the only thing that was good. I checked it for bed bugs and thankfully didn't see any. Made sure not to place any luggage on the bed ever.
I repeat - do NOT stay here.

Pretty disgusting place. No hot water. The water in the tub kept running. Tub stained everywhere. And I can usually handle almost anything as I do a lot of camping, but not being to take a shower unless it's cold water only is horrible, they didn't want to give a discount, like this is normal service. Avoid please

Room wasn’t very clean and although it was an “updated” room, it was very run down. I would have asked to switch rooms but I was exhausted from travelling all day and we were only there for a quick stop. I will say the staff was friendly.

Breakfast consisted of an egg salad sandwhich in saran wrap,a small celophane wrapped banana muffin and a juice box. Went to get them for our room(3 people) and they only had 1. They did get us more but they had to be made up(somewhere?) Our daughters room(2 people) went to get theirs and they had 1 again they left and made up another. Their internet(tv did not work the entire stay(2 nights). The staff tried but ultimately it was a lack of internet that was the problem(hotel didn't have a proper internet package to service needs). Our tv did not work the second day. Also Cockroaches in both rooms. Dirty everything. Squished cockroach on the tub tiles. And started seeing live ones when you knew they were present. We've stayed in questionable accomadations in Mexico, Italy, India etc and this was definitly the worst. Unfortunatley we are in Saskatoon to visit Dad, Grandpa at end of life and budget didnt allow us to leave. Something going on in city and just about everything booked up. Motel 6 wanted close to $400/night per room. We had prebooked this place as soon as we knew Dads situation. Did I mention that this is a hotel that rents rooms by the hour if you know what I mean. Had no issues with the staff just a disgusting dirty cockroach infested place

I went to check in the lobby was disgusting the guy behind the computer was dealing with two guys asked us to leave room he would call us looked highly suspicious didn’t feel safe so I left this place should not be on your site it is not what u advertised totally misleading I did not stay there I would like my money back not a good look for your business
