Good apt but overprised

BB residence is actually a hotel apt situated 15-20 from city centre not on the best area...
Free parking is very difficult to find and breakfast good .
The apt is big and nice even though I didn't need the kitchen...
THE AC was in the living room kitchen and no AC in master bedroom as advertised!!!!
The last thing I found out last minute was that the hotel is pet friendly!!!!!
I HAD NO IDEA!!!

BB Residence Good choice

BB Residence a good choice, large and comfortable room, about 30 minutes walk from the historic center. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Stay in Split

Big room and very nice and big, comfortable king size bed, pillows so so. Bathroom not very large but with walk in shower and electric radiator that you can turn on if needed to let something dry. Nice terrace, although it overlooked the street and we slept with the windows open it was quiet. Good sweet and savory breakfast. Garage under the building at 8 euros per day.

Good

Hotel located on the outskirts, about 20 minutes walk from the center. Convenient if you have the car as there is underground parking (be careful not to ruin the car in the parking maneuver). Located in a building, at first glance it does not look like a hotel. The rooms are new or newly renovated, modern and clean. At the reception you can smell the smoke of the adjacent bar. Good breakfast.

Absolutely not

Our experience was really poor. The welcome was certainly kind. We had two rooms, both terrible, without minibar, bathroom door that didn't close. In one of the two bathrooms the shower head didn't work and the water, while you were taking a shower, reached up to the bathroom door. In the other bathroom, however, there was always a bad smell. The chairs on the terrace, which overlooked the street, which was noisy and certainly not attractive, were dirty. The location was difficult, in a not nice area and very far from the center. The breakfast was really poor, at least by our standards.
