Brilliant location, right on thr waterfront by Ofelia Plads. Few minutes walk to most Central attractions.
Room was spotless. I didn't like the pebble bathroom floor though, it was uncomfortable and didn't feel like it would be easy to clean. The shower leaked so the floor by the sink was wet, got wet socks while brushing teeth/using the mirror.

Sound of the elevator thuds all day and all night long. This room should not be used for hotel guests at all. As well as noise from something flapping loudly in some vent made for 2 sleepless nights and the guy at reception was unhelpful and didn't really care when I complained. The hotel is very old and it shows.

Room and hotel in general very dusty and dirty. Gym was closed and no one bothered to inform us nor compensate. The location of the hotel is great , but that’s also the only positive to say about it .

A splendid location and a comfortable retreat

Scandic Front sits at the eastern end of Sankt Anna Plaeds (more of a long double boulevard than a square) immediately adjoining the Admiral Hotel we stayed in almost two decades ago both of which give access to Ofelia Square overlooking the harbour and the playhouse. So it could not be a more central and yet relaxed a base for exploring Copenhagen. We had a spacious suite with a double bed for myself and my wife and a single bed for my daughter. The beds were a little lumpy as were a group of three chairs around a small table below the TV screen. Another table closer to the door was rather surplus to requirements. A very strange large framed photograph of an unknown (at least to us) elderly gentleman was rather incongruous. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Great location, and if you're lucky, a great view.

We chose the hotel because of the location and the price. The location is really great for exploring both old and new Copenhagen. The room was big enough and had a spectacular view of the harbor and the opera house. The staff, especially in the mornings at breakfast, were very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was also relatively quiet and everything was clean.
However, the hotel has gotten quite old/dated. There's hardly a piece of furniture where the paint/varnish isn't chipping. And given the style of the interior, that doesn't look good.
Still, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 points because we got a good price by Copenhagen standards, the location is great as already mentioned, and we got lucky with the room.
