Great place, despite recent review complaint. Every employee was kind and helpful. Very happy to help us with adjusting to needing a late night checkout for travel plans. No issues with hot water, internet, etc. Comfortable room and beds, even without AC or heating. Very safe with a 24-hour security gate. Great location within blocks of MANY restaurants and the local craft market. Would recommend, especially to any budget conscious traveler.

A very friendly, welcoming hotel, with clean, spacious room. A good location, just between two main thoroughfares.
A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains.
Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts.

This is a great place if you just need to relax. It's located near several restaurants and convenient stores. It doesn't have a lot of modern conveniences (there's no refrigerator and no AC), but it is comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to rest.
