Lovely place and great location.

The hotel is beautiful with spa, pool and a wonderful, location near the beach. We had a lovely walk which was very welcoming after a 6 hour drive. It is very clean and the room was very comfortable. Good on site parking. Our only issue was there wasn’t much in the menu to eat and so we ended up eating out. This was a shame as we were only there for one night and would have preferred to have stayed there.

The location is very good, right at the beach! The hotel is a bit old but pretty good overall. Staff can hardly speak English but are trying to help.

Run for the staff not the guests

This hotel is well-situated near a beautiful beach but it is not worth 4 stars. The food is mediocre, particularly at breakfast where you have one type of tasteless cheese (not local) every day, and there is no thought of offering you a fried egg or an omelette. The breakfast room is being reset for dinner as of 9am , in the midst of your meal -- just so that the staff can leave immediately at 10am.
. The bar opens 15 minutes before dinner so forget about having a relaxing cocktail before you dine. It closes immediately after dinner too -- so forget about that late night drink. The fitness center opens at 9am so forget about a warm-up on the equipment before breakfast. In short the work schedules of the staff dominate the daily organization of this hotel, not the needs of the guests. It used to be better. We will never go again.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us.
We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the food offering and the organization of certain services. Your comments have been carefully noted and will be shared with the relevant teams in order to improve our guests’ experience.
Regarding breakfast, we would like to provide some clarification: after checking with our restaurant team, the cheeses offered are indeed locally sourced, namely Tomme dorée des Pyrénées IGP (28% fat content) and sheep’s milk tomme (32% fat content). We regret that their quality did not meet your expectations.
We also understand your concerns regarding the opening hours of the bar, fitness center, and the organization of the breakfast room. These aspects are regularly reviewed to find the best balance between guest comfort and the smooth operation of the hotel.
Nevertheless, we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay and to provide you with an experience that better meets your expectations.
Kind regards,
Management

FANTASTIC

I go several times a year. It's fanciful. Ideal for families, couples and even to go alone to spend a few days relaxing in the SPA. Breakfast is very complete. The rooms very spacious because we are going with two babies. We'll repeat.
