Very good experience. To be repeated.

Dinner on the terrace. Peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very good, very good service, good explanations.

Not met expectations.

Maison Soyeuze is located in a beautiful location within the fortress. There is also a free parking space at about 50 meters. The welcome was warm. That's a plus. Yet our expectations have not been met. Our room was somewhat dated, on the toilet were hairs (not ours) and some kind of dropping. It looked like the maid/boy had skipped the toilet. Coffee/tea at breakfast took a very long time because the receptionist also has to run the breakfast room. We had already finished eating when we were asked if we wanted another egg/scrambled oid such. In short, € 300.00 for 1 night is disproportionate to the experience we had. That is why we rate with 2 stars.

Review for the restaurant (not the hotel)

Romantic meal on this nice terrace.
Very beautiful establishment, a few months old.
It's chic but not stuffy.
Very good dinner, with simple but very well-cooked (with originality) and nicely presented ingredients. A treat for the taste buds but also for the eyes.
Small downside: that evening at least, our table was quite close to our neighbor's. My husband's chair and the neighbor's were touching. The neighbor, a heavy smoker, smoked us out for a good part of the evening. Fortunately we were a little ahead of him for our meal, otherwise we would have asked to change tables or we would have left.

Exceptional comfort, refinement and delicacy.

We spent a very pleasant evening and a very pleasant night at Maison Sileuse enjoying the refined cuisine of its restaurant and the cozy comfort of its rooms with very considerate support throughout our stay.
