Was quite nice
The location was great, very central to centre of town for shopping and bars, also train station 5 minutes walk. Owner was friendly and helpful. Room was clean , had fridge microwave cooker top, tea making things etc, there wasn't however anywhere to put your stuff , toiletries etc,other than wardrobe. had to use cooker top to put them on. A small bedside table or shelf somewhere would have been great..No hand soap or sink in the bathroom, had to use the washing up liquid for pots to wash hands after toilet!! The mirror was above the toilet so it was very difficult to put make up on, no shelf either in there so was quite a task!
The window didnt close very well so I had a bad nights sleep as the street is quite noisy till well into the early hours, so take earplugs!!! To summarise the room was clean and adequate for our 3 night stay, apart from the small issues.

Cheap but cheerful
We chose Meublés Inice because it is just a short walk from the railway station. We paid €50 for one night.
The room which is up three flights of stairs is well equipped with double bed,table & 2chairs, t.v. fridge, toaster tea& coffee and a bathroom with shower&w.c.
The Owners have gone to a lot of trouble to create a bright and welcoming space which the pictures show. We were met at the property by a friendly person and our bags were taken up for us.
The following is for the Management of this property as they are small fixes and as such could be completed before the next guests arrive. If they had been completed then this review would have been 4 stars (not 5 because of the stairs).
1)There isn't a fire alarm or evacuation notice so had the main stairway been blocked we wouldn't have known of any other escape route. There was no way of warning of or of being warned of a fire.
2)The bathroom was small but adequate. However there wasn't any soap nor place for a towel. Both these easily remedied. Hooks on the back of the door and sachets of soap. The shower door opens towards an electric socket and we would recommend changing the socket to a style that had a flap over the top to ensure water doesn't meet electricity! There seemed to be no active steam evacuation but this again is a small fix.
3)The bed was comfortable but tips if two people sit on the same side. A small fix of an extra support underneath would resolve this.

Descuidado y con vistas a ganar dinero
Me gusta poner lo positivo y de este alojamiento es la ubicación y que la estética es buena.
Este apartamento son habitaciones que se han prefabricado como apartamentos, y tienen muchos aspectos a cambiar para poder ser habitable:
- Ventanas de cristal, una ventana estaba con film de plástico y esta ventana no se podía ni cerrar.
- Un lavabo. El baño no tiene lavabo, tienes que utilizar el de la cocina para todo. Hemos salido al baño de afuera y mando la foto de lo que nos hemos encontrado.
- Un aire acondicionado que se elija si se quiere o no, no tiene control propio, por lo que te quedas helado.
Estas son los aspectos urgentes. Existen más pero son ya aspectos que no supondrían reclamación:
- En la descripción indicaba que tiene armario y no existe armario para dejar las cosas, tienes que dejar todo por el suelo.
- Facilitan sos toallas de manos, ninguna de ducha.
- El agua de la ducha se sale hacia afuera y se inunda el baño.
- El baño tiene las tuberías por fuera con un aspecto bastante malo.
- Sería bueno que avisaran que hay que llamar por teléfono antes de ir, no hay nadie allí.
- Sería bueno que avisaran que es un cuarto sin ascensor.
Una experiencia pésima.
