Very nice estate and accommodation, very professional and friendly Welcoming. Stay to renew.
I spent two nights in a very nice studio. Old furniture and modernity make good combination. The breakfast is hearty, even if personally I eat more than a roll and one or two croissants I don't know anymore ... My request for an extra roll was apparently not heeded. Little trouble to find a restaurant on the village next door, before August 15, everything was closed. It would be nice if the reception would inquire about the summer closures and pass on to guests, that is a suggestion. No problem, I went to Pézenas both evenings, which is very lively in summer of course. I will come back if I can to this place, because less than two hours drive from my home, it is perfect for the spa, the countryside, the beautiful environment, the pool, to clear your head and recharge. A small incident on the last night with a client obviously quite silvery, he claimed enough, but since money does not buy everything, including elegance, I absolutely do not hold it rigor. I recommend this area. Last point: it would be nice if there was a small strip of bitumen not too wide just to roll luggage, from Welcoming to apartments. For villas, it's different, we can park in front. Thank you for the Welcoming of the two young people who are very professional and determined to make the stay a serene moment.

More than mediocre sound
The reception room has extremely poor sound. The speech was inaudible, with sound loss. On the other hand, the music was deafening, bouncing off the walls to make nothing but a heady din. Fed up with having to shout to argue, we left early.
Good idea that the screen to see what was happening on stage. Minimalist but modern decor contrasting with the setting. Beautiful arborization. We imagine it must be pleasant to stay there. To party, going elsewhere is necessary. It's a shame that the people on site, to whom we spoke, did not want to hear our complaints, perhaps they should have just adjusted the balance of the microphone, for them it was obvious that it was the fault of people who were discussing . If they had heard the speech, they would have been more captivated by it (which has always been the case previously and in other places). And then also, turn down the music a little so that it is pleasant

En effet, notre salle de réception a été aménagée au moyen d’équipements d’insonorisation dernier cri, nous permettant d’accueillir tout type d’événement et de garantir un confort optimal aux participants.
Nous recevons chaque année plusieurs dizaines d’évènements d’envergure, de tels désagréments ne nous ont pas encore été signalés. Dans le cadre de notre démarche qualité, nous effectuons systématiquement un brief post évènement avec les équipes organisatrices. Ce fût le cas également pour l’évènement auquel vous avez participé, aucun retour négatif sur le déroulement de la soirée ni aucun problème acoustique particulier ne nous a été signalé.
Néanmoins, nous regrettons que votre expérience au Château Hermitage de Combas se soit soldée par une déception.
Nous vous confirmons, comme vous le mentionnez, qu’il est agréable de séjourner au Château, n’hésitez pas venir nous rendre visite dans le cadre d’un séjour reposant, au calme, dans l’un de nos gites de charme.

Nice place to rest
Magnificent place that calls for calm and serenity. Very large and well appointed apartment. A beautiful swimming pool, tennis and lots of visits to do within 60 km around. The beaches are 40 minutes away.
The hearty breakfast, I recommend. Only one downside, a sanitation problem with very unpleasant odors in the bathroom and outside.

Comfortable and serene with freedom to roam
The chateau is not difficult to find. Although situated in a quite remote setting. A small town of Servian with supermarket is only 10 minutes drive.
The apartment was ideal comfortable with a first class small kitchen that has obviously been recently upgraded. Bedroom was large spacious with plenty of storage. The outside private terrace had a gas grill plate of a very high standard. We used the cooking facilities most evening to prepare nice meals.
The location is very good to explore local wineries and Domains. We had some excellent experiences with 15 to 30 minutes drive. The airport of Beziers is a mere 25 minutes drive. We used the pool to relax and it was very well maintained. It was safe and clean with plenty of chairs. There s a clay tennis court also.
Reception was available every day and the receptionist was charming and professional.
We were left in tranquility to enjoy the shared areas and the evenings were lovely relaxing.
This is perfect for people who wish to enjoy a relaxing time. It also has many places within easy travel such as Beziers the coast is 35 minutes away at Dage. The food is very nice in this area.
Plenty of parking onsite space and surrounded by vineyards.

Some finishing touches needed
We had a lovely stay here for the week. The manager is clearly excited to be welcoming guests and although elements of the stay were a little clunky we would love to visit again. On check in we were later than expected so rang ahead to ensure they were aware. On arrival the gates were shut but thankfully after a few minutes and a phone call someone lets us in. We had missed the supermarket and so had to hunt for food, luckily a local pizzeria was open and delicious. Our room ‘Don Juan’ was clean and comfortable but missing an iron and some coat hangers. Also the plumbing was questionable, lots of gurgling baths when the upstairs accommodation showered or flushed their loo. It would have been handy to have been warned that this had just reopened and that works were being completed etc people may be more forgiving.
All that said the location of the property is stunning with a couple of lovely towns within 15 minutes. Would recommend Pézenas - a stunning market town well worth a wonder. All in all we had lovely time it is just a little rough around the edges at the moment.
