좋은 저렴한 숙소
교통 시설의 쉽게 액세스할 수 있습니다. 이 지역은 조용해서 좋았어요. 많고 많은 식당과 가게. 방은 기본적인. 방은 깨끗하고 넓고, 직원들도 친절 했죠. 건물은 낡았지만 아주 잘 되어 있습니다.

Reasonable and nice
this place is nice. convincing place and calm. The caretaker/Manager is very friendly. very close to the Underground metro service (just 2 minute away). But there is no elevator, internet or Wifi connection, tea or coffee making facilities. bathroom is just outside the room. however, there is a washing basin (sink) inside the room which is good. room is bit smelled. but once I keep open the windows for fresh air it was ok. room size is average. there was a wall cupboard and small single bed. daily room has serviced. bathroom are clean. during my stay no rush for the bathrooms. I would prefer this budget travelers for this place.

Not good value for your money
The manager was good people so I hate having to write his review but I do not recommend this place. The hot water was not really hot. It was lukewarm at best sometimes, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine and the toilette had yellow stains that seemed to be from urine. It did not seem clean. The shower had mold and looked dirty. The room we stayed in is above a loud establishment that closed late and the music and noise from their customers could be heard trough our thin windows. Also, the neighborhood was not that great. There's is no wi-fi (the owner said they were getting it in June). The beds were comfortable though and the location is near a metro station.

Poco costo e mezzi molto vicini.
Il luogo è molto vicino ai mezzi e questo è molto comodo per andare nel centro della città anche se la zona non è delle migliori. Di notte la zona non è molto illuminata e la la scritta "Pension" sopra l'ingresso non si nota bene.
Per quanto riguarda la pensione è molto piccola e la consiglio per viaggiatori singoli o coppie. Nonostante ciò comunque è ben tenuta e pulita e il personale è veramente molto disponibile e simpatico.
La rete wifi è presente ma un po' scarsa, sia come velocità che come segnale.

Für Berlin gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber. Sicherlich nichts für länger, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ok. Der Preis überzeugte uns vollkommen. Das Einzige, was uns sehr störte, waren die extrem knarrenden Betten. Ansonsten: einfach, aber sauber (auch die Gemeinschaftsbäder) und preislich angemessen.
