A great place to stay in the city centre

Three of us (one couple plus a single) stayed for a Saturday and Sunday night. We wanted a hotel close to the railway station and the Hilton met that criterion admirably.
Our rooms were of a good size and very comfortable. After a day's travelling on our arrival night, we opted to eat in, at the bar, and were very happy with the food and the service, so we dined in again the following night.
All the staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast was busy, but with plenty of choice available. We thought the costs of our stay very good value.
We left in agreement that we'd made good choice of where to stay and that we'd happily return to the Hilton Cologne.

Had expected a little...

…better quality at this Hilton hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small and the thing that pulls down the review considerably is that all the days we stayed here smelled the drain in the foyer. So the ride is not at a hotel on this level.

Great hotel in Cologne!

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! 5 minute walk to the train station and Dom Cathedral plus shops and restaurants galore! We were traveling as a group of 10 family members and had multiple rooms made up of King adjoining rooms, Junior Deluxe King Suite and the Duplex King Suite. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were quite. Coffee and mini fridge in the rooms. The buffet breakfast is nice but expensive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd visit to Hilton Cologne and we will stay again. Between the staff, the location, and the hotel itself, it is a home run.

The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC
