Pleasant and clean hotel.

Pleasant hotel, well-equipped room (double beds), very clean. Very little noise disturbance. Really good breakfast.
Our only downsides: no parking available (and it is impossible to park outside of paid parking in the area); and everything was done in German.

Neat and stylish hotel

Neat hotel, stylish in quiet beautiful tones. Friendly staff, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Nice, spacious rooms with very nice bathroom. Storage for bicycles.

Clean, efficient, and comfortable, with local charm

We had booked three rooms for a brief stay in Heimbach; the reservation process had been efficient and personable. On arrival, we were received in a warmly welcoming way. The rooms proved to be well-maintained, up-to-date, and comfortable, with a relatively small but solid, clean bathroom. The hotel is on the main street, but the rooms are properly sound-proofed. Breakfast offered a nice choice (including an egg dish) and again was really welcoming. The cheerful receptionist (Ms. Ingrid Hendle) kindly provided us with local and regional maps for excursions. The Art Hotel Eifel offered exactly what we had hoped for, and represents good value for money. Compliments to the hotel team for delivering such a positive experience!

Small and fine

very nice family run hotel with great breakfast, served directly on the square on floor, service super friendly queries all wishes, house is renovated, family room was great with separate children's room / bunk bed + private TV,
large floor-level shower, have made us feel very comfortable
