Chic hotel, good location & connections

Super nice, stylish hotel in a good location. We were genuinely impressed by the room (Bass-Line) and the generally well-maintained condition of this hotel. Absolutely recommended. The friendliness of the reception staff also convinced us. The same applies to the very extensive breakfast buffet. We were happy to pay €25 separately for this.

Excellent Stay, a solid choice for Stuttgart

Nice hotel with a great location, just beside Milaneo shopping center. Clean and spacious room, very comfort king size bed, excellent shower, coffee machine and minibar are available. 2 free water bottles is a nice gest. Fast internet connection, Sauna is available and free of charge. Breakfast is basic but OK, parking is available in an external underground garage for 20 Euro/per night with an advance booking. Easy and fast check-in and check-out.
I'd like to thank and appreciate Catalin from the reception team for his great help and for his friendly and nice attitude.

Location TOP, hotel FLOP

Good location. BUT:
Entered the lobby 4 times. Not one of the employees looked up from their personal cell phone even once, let alone greeted me.
The toilet in the room still had traces of poop from the previous guest.
Abysmal!

Perfect location and good breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. We particularly enjoyed the good breakfast with a nice selection. We can gladly recommend the hotel and would come back anytime.

Very bad experience! Not recommended!

They had my other review removed by Google.
I think it is important that other travelers are informed of my bad experiences at this hotel.
They tried to take my bill off my credit card 3x.
It took me weeks to get it sorted, didn't get an apology from the hotel, it seemed like this was a normal thing for them.
Bar was closed, room was not what it seemed on site, old and run down. Nice all that photoshop, and ai photos, but as a customer it doesn't help you!
