This family-run hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. It stands opposite the Schloßpark in Werneck, just 5 km from the A7, A70 and A71 motorways. All rooms at the non-smoking Hotel Krone-Post include a TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Hotel Krone-Post has various cosy dining areas where guests can enjoy Franconian meals. Gourmet dining is offered in the Pfeifenmännle (reservation needed). The hotel offers tours of its large wine cellar. Guests can go jogging in the large park opposite the hotel. Hotel Krone-Post is a good base for day trips to Schweinfurt, Würzburg, the Steigerwald Forest and the Spessart Mountains. Very satisfied

I was more than happy with my stay at the Hotel Krone Post until my operation.
The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the castle.
The bed was great and the breakfast and dinner were very good.
Nice and friendly atmosphere. I'd love to come back.

Good hotel in werneck with nice restaurant and friendly staff

The hotel is modest in appearance but having clean and good size rooms. Might be hot in summer as they do not have AC. Staff is friendly and they have a good breakfast spread and even better lunch and dinner menus comparable to other traditional restaurants in the city

Amazing room and hotel

My husband had work in A Werneck a very small city and we expected an average hotel,however we were surprised to find this amazing hotel with a very lovely room that beats any 5 stars hotel.
The only issue was the poor quality of WIFI other than that it was awesome!

Excellent Hotel in Werneck!

We stayed here on a recent trip to Europe. My brother and his family live in Werneck and obtained 2 rooms for our family during our visit. We only stayed one night, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable! The hotel is directly across the street from the town's palace and the street was quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again! The only negative is that they don't have rooms large enough for a family of 4. We had to get 2 rooms for our stay.

Week-end prolongé

Une chambre fonctionnelle très spacieuse ( chambre supérieur) avec un coin salon.
Bonne literie salle de bain fonctionnelle.
Le restaurant est fermé le samedi et le dimanche.
Il manque juste une bouilloire avec un petit plateau thé café dans la chambre...
