Stunning View
The apartment was great and all Taverns we tried did really nice food but you book this place for 1 reason and 1 reason only. The view from the Balcony and the quiet sandy beach was simply stunning. Transfer Via Lord Travel was a mess as they didn't know where the apartment ( they did eventually get us there ) but told us we would have to meet them on the main road for return travel ( at 2.00 in the morning ) so we hired a car and drove to airport instead. Avoid Lord Travel

Stunning location. Basic but clean accommodation.
Located close to a beautiful beach with safe swimming. A few nice tavernas nearby but you'll need a car to get further afield. The apartments are situated up on a hillside which could be a problem for some. However the view from the small balcony was lovely and the apartments were kept clean. The kitchen area was very small, just a sink, draining board and two electric rings. The furniture was a bit tired looking but overall it was very good value for money and I would definitely consider returning.

Chilled out beach holiday
My sister and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of August. We found out about Adriatica View/ Gardenos beach through a recommendation from a Greek friend and we weren't disappointed.
The hotel is only 2 mins walk from the beach which is lovely and quiet. There are four restaurants in Gardenos - they all serve Greek food and lots of seafood - we were impressed with them all. There is also one bar which is open a bit later. All of the locals we met were lovely and so helpful. Spiros, Georgia & George were particularly helpful and so sweet - nothing was too much trouble.
Spiros collected us from the airport and George also arranged taxis for us to go into Kavos for a night out. I would say that generally this location is great for families or if you're looking for a quiet stress free getaway. It worked well for us as we enjoyed the beach and chilled out vibe but could also catch a taxi (15 mins) into Kavos if we wanted.
I would definitely recommend a trip to Gardenos beach and a stay at Adriatica View.

Clean & Beautiful
I stayed at Adriatica View for 6 nights in late September, it was quiet and peaceful, Georgia came and cleaned the room every other day and changed the sheets etc.
There was a small bathroom ensuite and a kitchenette as you entered the studio room. I would recommend the Upper floor for beautiful sea views from your balcony.
The room was equipt with a basic kitchen, it was clean which is important, and basic but such good value.
Georgia and Spiros are able to provide an Airport transfer and were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful Stay!

Peace and Quiet
Stayed for four nights at the Adriatic View. The room was clean with a small kitchen area with basic equipment and bathroom. We had clean towels and change of bed while we were there.We had the lower floor corner room which had a lovely view of the beautiful beach. If you want peace and quiet with not too many people this is the place to be. Fabulous sandy beach with safe shallow sea the best we have seen so far in Corfu. Two Sun beds and parasol for €5. There is a small shop for basics. Lovely snack bar which serves good food. Try the fish platter for two, only €14 delicious. The owners of the apt were very friendly and drove us to our next destination. These apt are basic but great value for what we paid would definitely recommend and will return.
