The essence of Corfu.
This has now become my go to appartments in Corfu. Such a lovely quiet location to wake up to the sunrise in the mornings and yet close enough to be able to walk to the shops, bakery and several restaurants. If you enjoy seafood I’ve found some
of the best hidden gems are south of this property just around the coast.
The accommodation itself is well equipped and perfect for a self catering experience with a nice terrace to sit and enjoy a frappe.
The owners are amazing, friendly and happy to help and can often be found not too far away tending to the well maintained gardens. Parking is onsite too, so if you have a car it’s no problem.
I’d recommend this accommodation for couples, singles or a small family.

An amaizing expirience! Very high recommendations!
One of the best places we have ever been in Greece! The owners are very friendly, the rooms are perfectly clean and also, have great internet connection! The property has it's own parking space that allows having stress free parking the car! Overal, great expirience and very high recommendations for villa Pepy to everyone who wants a perfect pleace to stay! Thank you to Konstantinos and his father Spiros for the great summer days we had at this property!

Where we go to relax and unwind
Spiros and Pepy are the best. If you want beautiful apartments and peace and relaxation then you need to be at Villa Pepy. The apartments are spotless and are still in show house condition.
We have spent another two fabulous weeks here with them and we will be going back in 2018, 2019, 2020 and more years after that as long as they will have us there.
Thank you both again for a wonderful holiday and beautiful memories to keep us warm until next year when we return.

First class, modern, clean and with a wonderful welcome
This is the second time we have stayed in the top apartment in Villa Pepy. The apartment is just 4 years old and is maintained to a very high standard by the owners, Spiro and Pepy a lovely couple who can't do enough for you to ensure you enjoy your holiday.
As we were arriving very late we arranged access to the apartment before we left. The arrangements worked perfectly and we arrive to find both the outside and inside lights on to greet up.
The table had a bowl of fruit and veg left as a welcoming gift on it, and there was a bottle of water in the fridge. after a long day traveling we dropped into bed tired but relaxed.
The beds are like most Greek beds harder than our beds at home, however then are not uncomfortable and the provision of regular changes of crisp fresh sheets ensures a good nights sleep.
The balcony for the apartment is large and contains a table that easily seats 6. The view is fantastic and if like me you are an earlier riser, you can watch the sun come up over the Greek main land each morning as the local fishermen go about their mornings work. It really is a fantastic way to start the day.
The owners Spiro and Pepy are really the nicest people you could meet. They pop in every day to clean out any rubbish you may have and often to bring you gifts of produce from their garden. Both are dedicated and determined to ensure that you enjoy your stay in their property.
I fully recommend Villa Pepy to everyone, but with a reservation that you come and enjoy the property, Spiro and Pepy's hospitality and the wonderful area of Mesonghi, but not in the months that we want to book :-)

Superb Rental Appartment in Messonghi
This was our third stay at Villa Pepy and Spiros and his wife, suprisingly called Pepy, are delightful and go out of their way to ensure you to enjoy your stay. We have stayed in the all the Studio's and have found them excellent with all the ammenities you need. The Villa is situated about 3 minutes walk from the centre which means that it is very quiet. Parking is available and the views from the front are great overlooking the sea and Greek mainland.
The gardens are beautifully kept by Spiros who can been seen every day tending to them. At 50 euros a night in August this is great value and i would recommend to couples
