Full Worthy for rent in Kallithea
Perfect location at the beginning of the straight walk of Kallithea next to everything and at the same time without the bustle of shops and right next to the stairs that lead you to the beach of Kallithea (2 minutes case) ! The rooms cool, clean, new decorations and very economical! Mr. Kostas at the reception polite always willing to help and always with a smile, also every morning the hotel is perfect spot for sunset ..we ⁇ it every morning from the balcony.

I booked two rooms for my family at this "hotel" for end of May 2019 using Booking.com. We advised the property that we will arrive late, around 8 pm. When we arrived everything seemed normal, they showed us the rooms and left the keys to us. My daughter and her son who were traveling with us entered one of the rooms and started unpacking the suitcases while I went to the "reception" to finish the check-in. I gave our passports to the owner and asked him if there is some possibility to change my room and get another one next to my daughter"s. I also mentioned that I don't like ground floor rooms, and this one was in fact ground floor from one side, but the entrance was 2 meters below street level. The owner suddenly stopped the check-in process and responded to me: "I am not sure that I want to give you the rooms. I see that you are not satisfied and probably you are going to write bad review after your stay, and I don't want that!" After that he told the lady helping him at the property that she has to go and take the keys from the rooms! She was also shocked , but she had to obey orders from the boss. I tried to make him change his mind, telling him that it is already 8 pm and I don't want to look for accommodation that late, especially having little kid with us. He didn't want to listen to me, I think he became totally insane.
I did not do anything that could provoke that kind of reaction from him, I did not yell or scream or use bad language. The only thing that I did was asking him if there is possibility to get another room!
I have been traveling a lot , staying in all kinds of hotels but never got experience like this before. Outrageous!!!

Early summer holiday
This is a nice small hotel. We were 2 persons, and got a small room with a double bed, a very small kitchenette with a few utilities. Our room had 2 balconies, one of which had a great view of the sea side. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the beach and the city center, at time can get a bit noisy from the main street.
Only downside is that the wi-fi is not so reliable it often goes out or looses connectivity.

Неплохой отель, отличное расположение
У отеля очень хорошее расположение - до пляжа метров 300 по тропинке (но надо учитывать что он на горе и с пляжа придётся идти в гору), либо по дороге но так дальше. Напротив крупный супермаркет и рыбный магазин. Недалёко магазины и многочисленные таверны. Хорошая территория с детской площадкой. Красивый вид на море, особенно из номеров 2-3 этажа. Парковку всегда можно найти. В номере чисто. Горячая вода есть всегда, напор хороший. На кухне только самый минимум, но дополнительную посуду можно попросить. Минусы по мелочи - мало мебели для размещения вещей, нет крючков в комнате, нет необходимых мелочей (с учётом что уборка только раз в три дня) - мусорных пакетов, средств для мытья посуды и т.д. То есть это все придётся покупать самим. Слабый wi fi. А главный минус - на окнах нет сетки, а комаров и мошек вечером довольно много на улице. Но если выбирать место размещения именно в Калитее, то вариант недорогой и неплохой.
