Perfect location, clean and great service from the owner

The hotel room was clean and fresh, and the outdoor patio was spacious. The location was also great, with easy access to both the beach and the town.
However, I was disappointed that the hotel advertised daily housekeeping. I had to send at least two text messages asking them to empty the bathroom bin and provide more toilet paper. Eventually, I ran out of toilet paper in the evening and had to buy my own.
I also had a much better experience at this hotel when we visited Pefkochori in 2018. Back then, there was daily cleaning and everything felt very fresh.
The beds were also very firm. I wish there had been a mattress topper, as I ended up with back pain after staying for a week.
The cutlery and plates were dirty, which was unpleasant and not something you want to use when eating.
Overall, the hotel is an affordable option if you’re looking for budget accommodation, but I will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Host very friendly!
Location excellent!
This was my best vacation so far. We were 3 families with todlers and it was super important for us the beach to be near so kids can have noon nap
The best italian restaurant and bakery were next to out appartments.
The apartments were very clean and cleaning service was available every day!
What surprised me the most was the approach through emails. After reservation we received very detailed e mails with everything we need to know about the appartments, location, nearby places to visit etc etc Also there was iron and hair dryer. The total experience was as we were in 5 star hotel.
Overall, very highly recommended appartments if you want no headache holiday

Excellent stay.
Extremely happy with our stay with Kripis Studio. In the centre of town and everything on the reach, beach, shops, restaurants.
Olga’s communication was fantastic, very informative and explanatory and very fast with replies.
We would definitely visit again

An excellent place, in the center of the most beautiful street in Pefkohori, surrounded by pastry shops, bakeries, convenience stores, shops, souvenirs... Only 50 steps to the sea and beach bars. The apartments are equipped with everything, nothing is missing. Although centrally located, they also have private secured parking a little further away. The owner Olga is kind, available 24/7, the staff is amazing, the hotel is spotlessly clean because of them. In short, a wonderful place for a summer vacation!
