Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα!!!
Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για να περάσετε τις διακοπές σας! Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό το διαμέρισμα μας, με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Όσο για τους οικοδεσπότε ς ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαζομασταν!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

To avoid
The kind of place where they want to convince you that air conditioning works when it only blows hot air, where you can't put your soap anywhere in the shower or hang the pommel, and where at 10:59 they remind you without smiling that the check out is at 11:00... In short, the zero degree of hotel professionalism.

Disappointing
I wish to tell fellow independent travelers something about Armeno Studios located in Limenaria, Thasos island, Greece. I was in Armeno Studios in August 2017, and must say it was a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Armeno is a family run business with no experience in handling English speaking guests. The make you believe that there is an English speaking person in the Studios, but there is actually none by the premises. There you will only find a rude elderly woman who speaks Greek and barely makes herself understood in English, and will not comply with your needs in any way. Let’s now talk about the Studios. They are furnished with old pieces probably bought at charity sales. The door which separates the sleeping room from the toilet is short, and stands about 5 centimeters from the floor, therefore will let bad smell filter from underneath and into the sleeping room. A notice warns that you must not throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl. You should put used toilet paper in a broken basket which will be emptied once a day (but not on Sunday). The fridge is very old and noisy. You will have to disconnect it at night if you want to sleep. Wi-fi signal is weak and does not allow a good connection. They will want to keep your passport during your whole stay, so you will be without ID in case of need. This behavior does not comply with police regulations: the police ask that the Studio take note of the guest’s name and after that to give the passport back. I paid a deposit on their request, and when I got to the Studios and asked for a receipt, they got angry, and started to treat me rudely. I don’t know any modern Greek, but I’m sure the grumpy old lady swore at me more than once. The safety box did not work properly, I was told it was my fault because I did not understand the instructions, but there are no instructions whatsoever to follow. On the contrary, the safety box needed batteries to run properly. On account of my requests, I was repeatedly told that I caused problems and was invited to leave the Studio. Therefore I decided to leave the premises because I did not feel well treated and was not at ease with the owners, but suddenly the price of the room rose from of 50 Euros per day (as was previously agreed through email) to 70 Euros per day! When I eventually left, the old lady and her husband run after me and pretended to be paid 50% of the remaining days, so that they would make a double profit, because they could rent the Studio again. They threatened to call the police, but I ignored them and just walked away, and in the meanwhile they kept shouting at me. This was my experience with Armeno Studios, located in Limenaria, Thasos island, august 2017.

Ακατάλληλο…
Αρκετά βρώμικα δωμάτια και στην περίπτωση που θελεις να κανεις κάποιο παραπονο θα σου φερθούν με αγένεια. Καποιος όταν επιλέγει να κάνει ενοικιαζόμενα, πιστευω πως ξέρει ότι θα δέχεται κόσμο στο κατάλυμα του. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, μάλλον η όρεξη για να εξυπηρετήσουν τον κόσμο, έχει χαθεί. Δεν το συνιστώ καθόλου και ποσο μάλλον αν έχετε μωρό… λυπάμαι, απογοητευτικότατο.

10/10 βρώμικο και με αγενέστατους ιδιοκτήτες.
Από που να ξεκινήσω και που να τελειώσω. Κατάλυμα για κλείσιμο, αυτό που τους αξίζει στην καλύτερη είναι καταγγελία στον τουριστικό τομέα. Αρχικά, εάν θέλετε να επισκεφθείτε το κατάλυμα αυτό, να πάρετε σίγουρα μαζί σας χλωρίνη, σεντόνια και πετσέτες δικά σας, γιατι η βρωμια που θα αντικρίσετε είναι το κάτι άλλο. Και μη διανοηθείτε να ζητήσετε καθαρές πετσέτες ή σεντόνια, θα τολμήσουν να σας κάνουν ολόκληρη φασαρία. Η αγένεια είναι κυρίαρχη στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και το παιδάκι που υπάρχει για Να κάνει τις κρατήσεις καθώς επίσης και ο άντρας, χρήζουν άμεσης ανάγκης εκμάθησης καλών τρόπων, ειδικά εάν θέλουν να ασχοληθούν με τον τουρισμό. Λυπάμαι αλλά το κλείσιμο είναι κοντά…
