Would Not Return, no toiletries, no kettle, poor breakast, €10 daily for aircon
I really should read reviews before booking. Was shocked at the €10 a day for aircon! As it was October, thankfully didn't need it.
No toiletries provided. No kettle, when I asked I was told I can buy coffee from the bar. I bought a kettle and hid it each day.
Tiny shower, claustrophobic with the curtain drawn. Water everywhere with the curtain open. The shower cable leaked really badly, had to hold the cable so the leak showered me as hardly any water came out of the shower head.
Breakfast was bread, butter, cheese, ham, jam and cake. No tomatoes, no fruit. No variation. My last day the bread was so stale I couldn't eat the crusts.

My view was of the hotel next door. The pool sunloungers were comfortable. Had to pay for the ones on the beach, which were uncomfortable. For some reason there's loads of what looks like dried bamboo between the sunlougers and the sea. Blocks the view.
There's a small carpark between the hotel and the beach, full of potholes.
Slept well, comfy clean bed.
The staff smiled a lot but don't think their English is very good.
The place was clean, they never came while I was in.
The shop closest, on the road, is expensive ~ avoid.
There is a sea water stream near the hotel. It smells stagnant, although it can't be.
The smell comes into the bathroom when running water.
Before booking I wasn't aware Laganas is a party town, some of the guides and restaurant owners really hit on women, thinking we're there for one reason! Very uncomfortable.
Would never return due to the hotel and lecherous men.

Hospitality non existent
When I visit places I expect the people that are in the career of hospitality to be hospitable… Giannis has a great collection of t-shirts … however doesn’t look like he’s enjoying the work place so much … he looks like he hates his job in fact ….
So breakfast was not to my liking … boiled eggs cheese and luncheon meat style ham … Greek style bread lurpak (always a bonus ) jams … worst coffee in the world I mean really bad … some not descriptive cordial … dry cake … really you could improve this without breaking the bank !
Rooms need a refresh .. linin clean towels clean … shower and bathroom sink need attention hanging off the wall and shower only hand held use
Pool clean ..sun beds all reserved all day by people not even there all day … close to beach and beach bars

Don't go here!
no one should go here. apartment for the price of a hotel, zero breakfast, bad room, outrageous staff and owner. This is not hospitality.

The rooms were ruins of the 1980s. The hair gun didn't work. The towel hanger as soon as I touched it fell. The bathroom sink spoke a lot. The mirror above the washing machine. Hangers to spread swimsuit did not have. The layers on the beds were so messy that I thought the springs would come out to nail my back. The bathroom door is rotten. The bathroom curtain was short. Every time we took a bath, the whole dance was flooded. You fill a bathroom with salt water, in the bathroom and in the shower. Parking outside the hotel where there was mud for you to get through, your feet had to be filled with mud. Breakfast very poor ham, cheese, filter coffee and butter with bread. We arrived 11 in the evening for check-in and there was not even a shampoo to take a bath. The airport next door and hear all the takeoffs and landings of the island. Very busy. And everything else with a better supposed price of 100 euros a day instead of 120. More than 30 euros a day is not worth giving. Actually, neither do you go there. Far away. The good thing is that it is 10 steps from the beach but we did not dare to take a bath as it is next to a river that stinks the whole area from the biological. I would not write the over-criticism if I showed 30 euros a night but I consider ridiculous that 300 euros in total for such a messy hotel that they don’t even get into the process even for a little shake. Unacceptable.
The only positive is the pool and that every day they cleaned. The girl who was cleaning was very polite and did her job very well.

The worst stay.. trip to LAGANA..
We had a special experience this year for 5 days..The laganas superb..
The hotel is up to the beach but ways ....depression 2025....Fortunately days passed!!!,look...me interrupted ....a triple truth naked, without..basic view, opened curtain & we saw a wall opposite ..!!!
Old bathroom, no wi fi room...
Worse? Righteousness to our children... aged 15, from property, loud voice...! the Zakynthos ask... 130/night? Really now?
