Well rounded, high quality experience.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in all the ways that matter. From the moment I arrived, the management stood out as genuinely warm, attentive, and committed to making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful, which set the tone for the entire stay.
The location is one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. It’s incredibly convenient — just a short walk to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing a car for every outing. For anyone interested in wind surfing, this is an ideal spot. The conditions are consistently good, and the proximity to the water makes it effortless to get out on the board whenever the mood strikes.
The pool area is beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing alternative to the beach. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or unwind with a book, it’s a peaceful and inviting space. Parking is available and easy, which is a major advantage in busy coastal towns where parking can often be a challenge.

Well
Room completely outdated, baseboards are coming apart, and the bathroom sometimes smells like a sewer.
The beds are quite comfortable, staff very attentive.
Coffee machine and electric kettle are provided in the room.
Personally, I find the breakfast too small.
The fitness room consists of only 4 completely outdated machines :(
The hotel also has no private beach umbrellas and lounge chairs; you have to rent them separately, and there is also constant loud music at the pool. And now the Wi-Fi also goes out regularly. In summary. I would not come back a second time.
The beds are quite comfortable, staff very attentive.

Im going to be as objective as possible
Best:
*Staff super friendly, welcoming and made the difference. Kudos to the lady working on Friday until 12 am
*Having a pool nice touch
*Location very nice village with plenty of restaurants
*Quiet . No noise from other rooms or outdoor
*Pillows comfortable
*Breakfast ok. Needs improvement (see below)
*Bar open until 23 for a drink
To improve:
*Lacking attention to details my room was one of the few or only one with no blackout curtains not sure why
*We booked the suite(interconnecting rooms ) to have more space and extra bed . The sofa bed had stains and I think the room would have been better with a proper bed and a sofa bed . Not 2 sofa beds
*The bathroom needs updating and the shower too
*The safety box had no keys so we were not able to use them (both) and old style . Time to update to XXI century and put the ones with passwords
*Breakfas was ok but could improve. Not sure why French fries and onion rings are needed in the morning. Perhaps more healthy stuff could do . Also at times there was queue for the coffee machine
Overall we had a great time in Lefkada, I don't really think this is a 4* . Perhaps a 3*+ but lacking nice touches, bland decoration . And attention to detail .. a bit dated at times different from the photos online

The hotel is outdated. The water pressure in the showers is weak, and the air conditioning is weak. The hotel staff tried to be helpful and provided excellent service.

5 star views and location. Got locked inside our room many times and staff didn't have the right expertise to fix the issue intil a contractor fixed it last day. 2 stars off for not being offered even a complimentary appetizer or drink over this.
