아기오스 니키타스 비치에서 5분 거리에 있는 IRIS STUDIOS에서는 에어컨, 테라스, 무료 Wi-Fi가 마련된 객실, 정원, 바 등을 제공합니다. 모든 객실에는 산 전망을 갖춘 발코니, 냉장고, 쿡탑 등을 완비한 주방, 샤워 시설 등을 구비한 전용 욕실이 마련되어 있습니다. 모든 객실은 정원 전망을 갖춘 파티오를 제공합니다. IRIS STUDIOS에서 8.5km 거리에는 파네로메니 수도원, 12km 거리에는 알리케스 등의 명소가 있습니다.

So cosy, warm and beautiful that I have been there twice. It's an arrival with friends:-)
The team at IRIS Studios is very warm and attentive. Arrive at friends' homes without neglecting peace and privacy. The rooms are clean, cozy and lovingly decorated with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The cleaning service is perfect. In the garden there is a small nice bar with tables for cozy evenings. The location is central yet very quiet, 100m to the beach to the supermarkets and restaurants. With a rental car, which you can also rent in Agios Niktas, you can quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of the west coast of Lefkada.

Best place in Agios Nikitas with the best people
Second time to iris studios and always better....if you want big rooms clean rooms and the best owners....just go to iris studios for the best holidays.....ps they make the best frappe ever....next time again to lefkada agios Nikitas and of course iris studios

Terible
The rooms and bathrooms are moldy, especially the bathrooms from which the stinking on moldy walls. No WiFi in the rooms. We had to go out and chase internet from the other vilas and hotels. Very bad impression, I do not recommend.

Hello from the Iris studios...maby you talk for another studios...many you have problem with iris studios because from the first day you have close all the windows all the doors even to your balcony you are not seating....about wi-fi we never said we have internet to the rooms....only in the area of bar.....if you want internet inside to the rooms go in one hotel to pay 150 euro per day...

Iris
This is a terrible place. There is no wfi at the bar only. No oarking parking is on the street. After 12 hours, if you sit on the terrace of the bird living in the studio at the bar, they warn you that you must enter or squeeze. There are no sets as they write outside. The room is spacious and partly clean. There was hot water. the kitchen is very small and difficult to use. the owners are very unlucky. By doing so, they threaten your privacy for something you have rented.

Nice hotel
Nice small hotel, clean nice room, drinking water in bathroom, hot water whole day, very king staff, calm place in the night, perfect site for 10 days in Greece. Beach not so far but crowded by people. Sea with clean calm water, nice fishes for shorkeling. For lowers of nature nice makchia with nice flowers and animlas not fo far, along perfect paved way 10 minutes away up t hills above the village. Lot of tavernas, but we make own food in smal, poor kitchin with classic few diches, cups and forks - typical Greece. Several shops, open all days with bread, fruits, vegetables and Retzina wine...
Only one but serious problem. Hotel has not its own parking place and street(s) just near hotel, but also anythere, with no, really no parking place all days in all hours. We rent a car and park 400 meter farn in crossing of high paved way above the hotel. Absolutely no place for parking - but it was mid-August.
General recommendation - nice place, perfect for older people, but do not want to rent a car.
