발토스 비치에서 1km 내 거리에 있는 Dalouda에서는 에어컨, 발코니, 무료 Wi-Fi가 마련된 객실, 계절에 따라 운영되는 야외 수영장, 정원 등을 제공합니다. 구내에는 전용 주차장이 마련되어 있습니다. 각 객실은 테라스, 냉장고 등의 시설이 완비된 주방, 휴식 공간 소파 베드, 평면 TV를 갖추고 있습니다. 전용 욕실에는 샤워 시설, 무료 세면도구 등이 마련되어 있습니다. 오븐, 쿡탑뿐 아니라 커피 머신, 주전자도 제공됩니다.

ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΉ
Ηρεμία, Ξεκούραση, Χαλάρωση, Καθαριότητα. Ενα από τα καλύτερα στο είδος του. Οι βίλες του ιδιοκτήτη κυρίου Νεκτάριου ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε για τις μέρες των διακοπών μας. Σεβασμός για τις ανάγκες μας και πολύ φιλικοί. Πολύ καθαρο. Η πισίνα επισεις.
Τεράστιοι εσωτερικοί χώροι για μια οικογένεια οπως εμείς με 2 παιδιά, σου δίνει τον χώρο που χρειάζεσαι και με το παραπάνω. Μας έκαναν τις διακοπές υπέροχες.
Είχαμε την ξεγνοιασιά που θέλαμε με το θέμα του Πάρκινγκ.
Πηγαίναμε με πόδια στην παραλία.
Άξιζε τα λεφτά του σε όλα. Είχαμε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες αφού κάθε μέρα καθαριζαν.
Θα ξανά έρθουμε και θα το συστήσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα

Nice hotel with disadvantages
Nice buildings and garden, but still a number of disadvantages:
- No fries (our travel agency asked the hotel to get one, but the one we got was old and dirty and therefore useless)
- Only phone shower and no hold to it on the wall in shower niche
- No toaster
- Umbrellas around the pool are in the big mask net and therefore give no shadow.
- Air conditioning costs 50 Euro per week.
- Mattresses and head pillows are extremely tough.
Generally:
There is a short distance from Parga city to the hotel, and one should be aware that the street lighting has gone out in several places, and that there is quite desolate.

Nice hotel
They only changed towels once in one week even though we threw them on the floor, that was the worst thing
Big and nice room.
Short walk to the Beach, Valtos,very Nice.
A bit further in to Parga.
Recommend Toro restaurant, great Food.

Peaceful, but no soundproofing
Nice little hotel; a little bit outlying but not too much. Easy walk to the beach, to the town you have to exceed a little mountain. 400 steps up, not too bad once a day, good excercise. We had bad luck with the neighbours upstairs. They started to move furniture 5.00am one early morning, at midnights too. And there are NO soundproofing at all but stony floors... Another minus is that there are no reception. So you have to look for the hard working handyman, sometimes hours. He was helpful and kind, just too busy all the time.

Calm and relaxing on the days, mosquitoes at nights
This hotel lies in most northern part of Parga, north of the Valtos beach. It is some 800 meters from the parking on the beach to the entrance by the smaller gravel road. There is however a walking path behind the hotel which leads to the beach and sea and is much shorter, some 250-300 meters along the fresh little riverbed. There are 3 different buildings containing one - 3-rooms apt, second - 2x2-rooms and 2x1-rooms, and third 1x3-rooms and 1x1-room apt. Rooms are large, fresh, good kitchenette, one or two furnished balconies, beds are too hard in my opinion. All rooms facing the poolarea and the garden, pool is not large but sunbeds and umbrellas are enough for everyone. There is a small bar by the pool with some snack/refreshments. Parking is available by the hotel. The area is not hilly, light walk is easy to the beach. Otherwise to get to the Parga centrum is not easy, to walk is long about 2 km up and then down the high hill, and by car a 10-minutes drive by serpentine road.
Good calm and comfortable place to stay, but I must mention that there was a lot of mosquitoes in the area, and in time of our visit there had been no rain there for 6 months. The staff living on the premises have mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors, but none of the guests got one. So we spent the first night in a mosquito-battle (some 45 down), and then we were forced to live with closed windows and doors and to buy AC för 45 Euro a week extra, because we could not ventilate rooms.
One of our apartments had no ventilation in the bathroom, only the window (without mosquito net). If you did not open it the room was moist and damp, if you opened it you got mosquitoes. Also, the floor-towel was not changed frequently, just hung wet on the threshold to the shower to be used again. Not a best idea of holiday, really!
The owners obviously know that there are mosquito problems here, but do nothing for guests about it. That´s why this apt hotel only gets 4/5 from us.
