This property was ideally located above the port of pythagorion. Service was super friendly, staff charming with wonderful breakfasts by the pool included. They work hard to keep the property spotless and we'll maintained. Highly recommend.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was already a group complaining at the reception about a bad smell in their rooms. After completing my check-in and entering my room, I unfortunately noticed the same sewage/toilet smell in my room as well.
At first, the hotel manager offered to refund my money if I wanted to leave. However, as it was the peak summer season and I knew it would be very difficult to find another hotel on the island, I had no choice but to stay.
I would like to mention that one of the reception staff members was very kind and genuinely tried to help me find a solution. The hotel explained that there was an infrastructure/plumbing issue on the island, and a technician came to work on it. Unfortunately, the smell was still present afterwards. I had to stay in the room, and although the smell became less noticeable after ventilating the room, it came back strongly after taking a shower.
The breakfast was okay, but there were not enough tables available, which was also disappointing. The hotel itself is quite small, and I had expected something larger considering it is part of the Doryssa Group.
The room has a beautiful view, and I appreciated the efforts of the reception staff to help. However, overall, I found the experience below the standard I would expect from a Doryssa Group hotel. The persistent bathroom smell was a major issue and unfortunately had a significant impact on my stay.

Nice location a walk out of the harbour up the hill which in heat of summer a bit gruelling.
Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall nice hotel.

Absolutely loved everything about this place.
From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome and the reception area is so tastefully fitted out & pure class.
The rooms are stunning & we had a room with a view.
Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Breakfast daily was lovely and had enough variety for all pallets. Once again, the staff were lovely.
It is a comfortable stroll into town, which we loved & whilst it is down hill, it was actually a bit of fun to get there. Also a great way to digest on the way home.
We could easily have spent another 5 nights here.
Thank you to all that made our stay here memorable.

Great staff. No problem with late check in as working/arriving after dusk from airport. Lovely break fast outside with such staff; they were really enjoying helping and giving simple and great local foods.
