Barceló is an amazing chain, and after exceptional stays in Spain and the Canary Islands, I can confirm the standard in Hungary is just as fabulous. If you're thinking about booking this hotel, go for it!

Good value for money
I have used this hotel 3 times now as part of a package offered by a dental service and it has always offered a very good service with no let downs .It is right in the heart of the entertainment area of Budapest and remarkably quiet considering the nearby night club/pub activity.. Very clean , quiet with spacious comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast .It seems to have a wide cross section of guests , so would appeal to mst types of visitor.

Excellent Hotel & Location
I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had at Barceló Budapest during our stay from 12 to 14 August 2026 with our group of 46 guests.
From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. The rooms were spacious, modern, exceptionally comfortable, and equipped with every amenity our guests needed. The excellent quality and wide variety of the breakfast were also greatly appreciated by everyone in our group.
We were particularly impressed by the hotel’s excellent central location. Its proximity to Budapest’s main attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation made it extremely convenient for our group to explore the city. This highly advantageous location was one of the key factors that made our stay even more enjoyable.
