Hotel

The hotel was comfortable but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from Sonu. I early check-in, and he ensured I had everything I needed, even offering to bring me a late-night snack. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and I really appreciated his kindness.

Not much to like here

Hotel Treebo Siddharth
House no 235-12 Opposite Hathi Batha Power House, Jaipur Road, Ajmer,
This hotel has a narrow but very nice entry hall to a small reception counter..
Towels, bottle water, kettle, cups, and drink sachets provided. Shower has hot water. Not much else to like about this hotel otherwise.
A grubby looking hotel where we were overcharged compared to advertised prices.
Toilet seat fittings dirty. Toilet door doesn't stay closed unless bolted from inside, therefore open all time the bathroom is not in use.
Damp patches on bedroom walls.
AC very noisy and cannot be used at night because window curtain closes over it.
Inside the pillowcase the pillow was filthy and smelly.
Breakfast very poor not as advertised in photos.

What they showed on website rooms and reception area was totally fake

Extremely bad..fake photos of room and reception area..staff service is not good, total money barbad galti se ye hotal na le…what they showed on website was not at all real..towels were not neat and fresh and no bathing soap was given. Total waste of money!!

Good and we'll mention property in prime location

and we'll mention property in prime location room size to small but very cleaned food also good as per subjective of availability.breakfast ...please add some more item
