My booking experience.

Horrible Horrible Service
Room: 4/5, the room is big, but the TV has limited channels, The hardwood floor is nailed down, and if you walk without shoes, you can get these nails into your feet.
Room service food: 3/5, didnt taste good, but was not awful.
Room Cleanliness: 1/5: The cleanliness was awful. Glasses from previous stay had not been changed.
Breakfast Buffet: 0/5: If I could I would have given it negative rating.
So here's the story.
I called the reception at 7 in the morning. He stated that the breakfast would be served at floor 1, from 8.15. I told him that 8.15 is too late to start breakfast. He stated that since it is buffet breakfast, it can only start at that time.
Come 8.15 I went to 1st Floor. The breakfast was not ready. The server said 30 more mins.
So i sat down on a table, which was filled with grease, and was sticky. I shifted to another one, and it was also greasy. The AC, lights and fans were all off. They didnt serve water, coffee tea. Nothing.
At around 8.40 comes the buffet spread.
You would be surprised by it. The buffet spread included POHA.
Just Poha, dry poha and nothing else.
I asked for eggs. Sorry sir, its a vegetarian restaurant. What else can I get, I inquired. The server said I can pay for Dosa.
So basically I waited for 100 minutes to be served cold POHA in this hotel.
Went to the manager, and he said that this is a standard practice. I have stayed in other hotels in the city. And never seen such a horrible service standard anywhere else.

Not a Happy Stay
The glass windows were leaking, as it was rainy day the floor carpet wet and full of bad odour from the room upholstery when we enter the room.
The staff though friendly and helpful, but was untrained and was not skilled enough ( there one person for every thing from cleaning to bringing your luggage to fulfill your housekeeping requests).
The food in the restaurant was tasty but the service was very poor and slow.
Overall not so happy with the stay.
