Luxurious and comfortable

Good place.. Very luxurious , clean and cooperative staff ... This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet.

great place, comfortable beds

So peaceful, great views staff very helpful and friendly, food excellent . This is india where working donkeys and modern day living are part of the experience. Close to hotel are beautiful walks along the stream and up the mountains sharing tracks with tourists and shepherds

Bad experience.

This is a misguiding booking.OYO is fake, please never ever bok from this or OYO, else you will suffer in night. They won't allow OYO and irresponsible people. Worst experience. My suggestion to family and single people. Dont trust OYO or this hotel.

Worst and horrible

We arrived at night. No one was at reception. No one was picking up phone, the number Goibibo provided. It was Oyo rooms but booked on Goibibo site. Oyo and Goibibo both now focused on unethically earning money and making customer fool. The hotel staff kept us standing with his arrogant and rude behavior, initially refused to accept our booking without any reason. No drinking water, dirty room, unclean and smelling bathroom, dead phone, no TV channel,.... horrible. Even we had booked free breakfast, he denied to serve us. On repeated complaint on Oyo customer care (that too was patethic),next morning the owner (speaks like 'gunda'/ 'dabang') unwillingly agreed to serve. This has also changed my old concept that hill people used to be humble,... of course the could be idiot. During our whole stay the reception staff (also 'gunda'/ 'dabang'....oh he once threatened us in night, when we asked him for drinking water) every time trying to order us to put a nice review about his hotel. I request you to stay away from Oyo/ Goibibo/ similar site when going to Dharamsala. Better book some govt. Cottage/ hotel through himanchal tourism ( though I don't have any experience).

New development with expanding hotels and tracks for roads beyond

Too far out of McLeodgani for ease. Track to hotel is rough and difficult to drive(or walk). Hotel has open corridors which, in December, were really cold. Heaters which you pay extra for, are totally inadequate. Reataurant on roof top is so cold for breakfast. Plus side it had good views of the mountains.
