The Hotel deserves 5 stars coz of location, cleanliness, delicious freshly prepared food from their kitchen, and friendly staff who are also very accommodating. However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. I checked hotel’s website and don’t see any mention of desks in superior/ other rooms or any photos showing desk in room?? 2) Electrical outlets locations are poorly located in relation to room furniture arrangement 3) tea packets are provided in room but no coffee or creamer packets as per their policy ?? 4) there was no laundry service or air conditioner in rooms as advertised

Worst hotel

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen.
Very harsh speaking staffs, do not co-operate at all.
Very congested rooms, washroom are not cleaned, no lock on the washroom doors.
And, the hotel is located almost outskirts of Munnar. I may not recommend to visit this property ever.

Not worth price and terrible service

On the booking website, it is mentioned to be a 3-star hotel and by proof range, it is supposed to be a decent 3-star.
I stayed in a hotel and it was no better than any 2 star. Staff was polite but no good amenities with bad food and no option on anything else.
I would not visit this hotel is I am looking for having fun vacation.
