Home away from home

Visited dimora hotel recently their front desk service were outstanding and very hospitable felt like a home away from home all front office staff were very friendly especially ms Neelovuena have a verry charm full personality and the front desk team Deepak Vishnu Chinju Hiren can’t remember more names but definitely remember their service ……………………….

It's like a good 3 star hotel not a 4 star hotel

I stayed at Paramount Tower, Kozhikode, with my family for two nights and had an overall pleasant experience.
The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions. The lobby and restaurant have a pleasant ambiance, and the reception staff were courteous, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay.
The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well-maintained; however, they did not fully meet the standards one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, the property is more comparable to a good 3-star hotel.
There are a few areas that require improvement. The Wi-Fi service was very poor and largely unusable during our stay. The breakfast spread was average, and the restaurant staff appeared unprofessional at times. Food quality was satisfactory but not exceptional, and service was generally slow.
Considering the level of service and facilities provided, the room rates seem somewhat high. Nevertheless, our overall stay was comfortable, and we had a pleasant time with our family.

Decent Hotel

Calicut is probably my favourite place in Kerala, and I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is close to the station, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable enough. Value for money as well.

Top notch

This hotel had been located in-front of SM Shopping Street.

- Clean & Tidy rooms
- Quality Buffet Breakfast Spread
- Courteous Staff members
- Ample Carpark space
- Suitable location for Family travel group
- Availablity of Swimming Pool for this Price range
Overall the stay was completely a top-notch.

No Hot water was available. The food was moderate. And service was not at all satisfactory anywhere. The Cafe was INFESTED with

Service is very disappointing at all places. The Cafe was full of flies and slow at delivering the orders. The room floor is not as clean as required and the bathroom was not dry during check in. There was no hot water available for the bath. Also had to request several times for a GST Bill.
