Amazing experience with Hotel and Staff.

Hotel Sarthak took us at the end moment after we left stranded by Kalinga grand. Sarthak hotel is just opposite to Kalinga grand.
We were so happy to be finally treated good by Hotel staff Mr. Dharmendra. This soft-spoken person has accommodated us with no prior bookings. Treated us with utmost respect. All the hotel staff was very good. Location of the hotel is very good, restaurants and shops at the walking distance with most amazing mountain & river views. Rooms are big & spacious, with clean washrooms and heater service available.
Hotel has a restaurant on the round floor which offers breakfast & lunch & dinner as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Unprofessional staff, poor services, pathetic infrastructure

Really unprofessional staff and utterly sub par services. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a water outage, and they made us wait really long after checkin time to give a room.
Now coming to the review of rooms
1. Room was extremely dirty. The balcony was not cleaned since ages.
2. They did not provide basic stuff like drinking water or handwash.
3. Tv was not working.
4. The reception / room service did not receive the call even after calling multiple times from the landline.

This place is not right.

In the kitchen of this hotel, where food is prepared, everyone is smoking cigarettes. The staff supplies food while smoking cigarettes. have made a sleeping place for the driver, even the dogs will not sleep there
This is a very dirty place.

Four star property but charging for AC Room

I was on a trip with my family. I booked this property Online. When I reached the hotel they said you booked non AC room while it was not mentioned during the booking.
4 Star Properties have complimentary AC rooms but they are charging for it.
Worst Service and rude staff behavior.

Manali

It is nice and good hotel regency and also food quality and service facility was good and it makes feels likes manali we will visit again it is nice place to visit Manali Mall road also near by for shopping
