Better location to enjoy Nanital

It an excellent hotel with friendly staff . The front desk is quick to upgrade my rooms(Harris and Arjun). Very well behaved . Mr Rup Singh took care of the need especially the food, without any complain. Very polite manager Mr Rajendra Singh is quite generous to ask our needs time to time. The view of the lake is perfect. Overall a very soothing experience.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Price
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Capri, Nainital. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable—rooms were dusty, bathrooms were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were not maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available, which is a basic necessity, especially in a hill station like Nainital.
The management was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout our stay. Despite raising concerns, no action was taken to address the issues. For the high prices they charge, the service was nonexistent, and there was no support provided to guests at all.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—it’s simply not worth the money or the hassle.

Durty rooms

Rooms are so durty very bad smell in room.
Floor of room are damage and bathrooms is dirty very bad experience they charge high prices because in that price you will get good hotel.Must think before stay in that hotel.

Worst hotel with worst staff

Worst hotel with worst staff..
2 days before we stay in this hotel..
While giving booking they say yes to all things..
In night they refused..
They fight with us.. and use abusing language in front of our kids..
Never book this hotel..

Average hotel at a good location

The look of the hotel is very average from outside.The hotel has two plus points... One is its location and second is the helpful and prompt service of Rup Singh. One young fellow at reception is not at all cooperative, always tried to shrug off his responsibility. We have booked a four bed room which became smoky after 12 noon with a strong odour of Tandoori preparations... Brought to the notice of the reception staff and he just remained indifferent.
A good view of the lake is of course a plus point of this hotel.
