Four seasons was horrible & disgusting/ it had urine stains all over the mattress and bed bug 💩 poop
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Very limited Software Administration and Management!!!

I was in the B&B in November 2025 with two other collaborators for work. At the time of booking a few weeks before I was told they could invoice me as I needed it for work. The first day during check-in I reiterated the fact of the invoice and they told me that there was no problem and that they would do it to me a few days after checking out. A few weeks later I receive the invoice with the following description "stay" without any date, without indicating the amount of rooms we used and the amount of people who had stayed. Since I needed to put in the description the amount of nights, people and a description that I could submit to work, I contacted Alchemy Studios to ask to change or cancel and redo it, and I was told the following: "Good morning, it is the software that automatically generates the invoice and the wording cannot be customized." After this experience I was not able to report the expense per business trip. I often travel to Lecce but now I am forced to choose other alternatives due to the limitation of a software that fails to put a date and the amount of people who stayed at the property. The invoice I was made could have been from a stay 5 years ago. I am sure I will not return to this facility.

The room was large, but not functional.
Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string.
The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up.
The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald.
It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators.
I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one ever came.
I contacted hotels.com and they kept telling ne they reached out to the property but could not reach them. Apart from that, hotels.com was negligent and offered no other resolution.

This is a 1 star hostel . The biggest problem is that the pictures don’t represent the property AT ALL. They are deceiving and untrue. There are no breakfast baskets orange juice, bright renovated bedrooms . This is a 2 star property with clean but very simple facilities, bedding , walls were old and stained , place was dark . It’s no a hotel and it seems , it’s a few scared rooms in a building , there was no sign to no what floor we were supposed to go to no one at the reception , we had to sen a message and wait for 15 minutes. it’s not a hotel as it seems on the pictures . Nothing to do with the Fourseason hotel Chain, Far from it . It you are looking for a super budget hotel centrally located this is fine. More for backpackers looking for a place to sleep . Felt safe . Just completely different than what the pictures are .
There is no breakfast !!!!! They give you a voucher for a coffee and croissant at MC DONALD’s .
Please remove the pictures where you show nice breakfast being provided as they are lies and you are deciding the customers . Change the description for the breakfast to what is actually is and voucher to Mac Donalds. In Italy the country of good coffee to give a coupon for McDonald’s Donald’s is an insult .
I would never stay here again unless I was 20 years old traveling on a budget . $60/night was extremely over priced for what it is .
