Excellent attention, modern room
We are very thankful to Giorgio for allowing us to stay in the studio for a year and a half during the pandemic. My husband and I moved to Milan in December 2020 when the pandemic was at its highest point, we needed a place and found this studio thanks to housinganywhere.com. Not only is the price accessible but the studio is very modern and has everything you need (A/C, washing machine, fridge, stove, hot water, utensils, plates, pots, etc.). The metro is very close (6 mins walking distance) as well as 4 bus stops. There are 2 supermarkets very close and many coffee bars and restaurants. It is close to the San Siro stadium as well. Overall great experience and very convenient location.

If I could give a 0 I would look for a rating even below the latter...I can swear to you that in my entire existence such a horror has never happened to me!! Usually you can find some problems but this time a disaster or rather a shame... look, it can't be described!!! dump!!! guys, believe me that perhaps the latter is more decent in comparison! ! photos that represent the very fake rooms!! when scrolling through the images keep in mind that nothing comes remotely close to the photos. You enter a more than shabby door; once you reach the corridor to access the rooms, nothing is in place: broken doors, wires hanging out of the walls, mold everywhere, a horrible smell and a stomach-churning stench of feet. !! The rooms that they show in the photos as almost suites are smelly and small. Cleaning 0!! Bed full of stains and hair, dust everywhere... and do you want to know the gem??? there were food residues and wrappers of bar sweets coming out from under the bed and from the mattresses that evidently guests years ago had perhaps consumed and left there. Horrible bathroom, door slamming on the toilet, bidet and shower dirty and so small that you can't even raise an arm to wash your hair. Mold everywhere. And if you want to enjoy the view, go out to their fantastic balcony!! It smells of onion, still wires everywhere and a beautiful view of only rubbish and scrap metal. A shame!!!! There are no disposable shampoos and shower gels as there should normally be, but rather two containers filled with I know what rubbish!!! They created an impressive skin reaction and dirtied my entire scalp!!! Now I would like to say to the positive reviews who are you? ? For those who read my review, don't set foot there guys really. Only the rats were missing!!!

OKI DOKI SUPERB
We were 4 days in Oki Doki in Mediolan. Very nice, clean appartment, everything you need there is : comfortable bad, kitchen, fridge, washing maschine, clean towels, balcon where possible to sit and eat breakfast, 10 min to metro. Very kind and helpfull owner, always ready to answer all my questions. No problems with late check in and early check out. We do reccommend Oki Doki Sudio,

Ottimo
Il monolocale era ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario. L'appartamento è in una zona comoda per la vicinanza ai supermercati e anche alla fermata della metropolitana viola. Inoltre il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Da evitare
Posto veramente da evitare, non risulta nulla di vero con le foto inserite, non esiste neanche il nome fuori quindi introvabile anche perché se cerchi quel numero civico e ti ritrovi li senza nessuna insegna ti chiedi mi sarò sbagliato e invece riguardi il civico ed è quello!!! Posto vecchio, malcuratissimo, corridoio da brividi, stanza con balcone a dir poco squallido e sporchissimo, quartiere con gente poco ma poco affidabile, devi star attento a qualsiasi ora rientri. Balconi pieni di spazzatura e roba stravecchia da buttare. EVITATEEEEEEEEEE la “truffa”
