Great choice for family travelers. Location is calm and cost, a bit far from Milan downtown but car moving in and out is very smooth.

A pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay in a mini apartment with all comforts, very kind professional and helpful staff, ultra positive experience to be repeated next year at the next Italian para dressage championships at the Malaspina stables.

Every morning between 8 AM to 11 AM it would be very noisy, either guests or staff would be in the hallways, talking very loud. Many times, families with their kids would be in the hall, laughing and being loud.
They would quite literally just stand there in a group and talk for an hour. Loud enough to where it wakes you up.
Hotel itself is very clean and staff is very helpful.

New but personal structure to review

Definitely a new structure equipped with comfort and also good home automation, but to totally review the staff, or at least the people at the reception, because rude and who certainly do not try to understand the needs of the customer.

mi dispiace molto leggere questo commento ricevuto anche su di un'altra piattaforma.
Mi scuso, nuovamente, per i toni poco garbati ricevuti dal collega con cui ho già parlato personalmente.
Sicuramente doveva usare dei toni più congrui per questa situazione, facendo capire che la struttura era al completo e la Vs prenotazione era per un totale di 6 persone (1 quadrupla e 1 doppia) e non 7 come da Vs arrivo; e quindi non c'era la possibilità di offrire altre stanze o letti aggiuntivi. Inoltre oltre questo, si è dimenticato di comunicarVi un'altra svista nella Vs prenotazione.
Ovvero avete prenotato due tipologie di arrangiamento diverse, una con pulizie giornaliere (eseguite tranquillamente) e una con le pulizie ogni 3 giorni per la quale (come da mia chiamata la mattina seguente) vi abbiamo omaggiato per gentilezza e per evitare altre incomprensioni.
Mi scuso nuovamente per l'accaduto.
Solo un appunto, senza alcuna polemica, magari prossima volta un'accortezza maggiore durante la prenotazione. Così da riservare le camere per il numero esatto di persone, leggendo anche le condizioni, l'arrangiamento o comunque cosa offre una struttura alberghiera così da non ritrovarsi in spiacevoli disguidi.
