Stay from 26/12/24 to 27/12/24

Well located, lakeside hotel offering rooms upstairs (no lift).
The room is small but functional, with tea, tea and coffee making facilities.
View of the lake.
The welcome is a little cold, and the breakfast is okay.
Good value for money

Very good Price quality

This hotel is great, surely in this time of season. Good rooms, everything is
good. Nice staff, friendly. This season everything closes , but ok. It's one of the only places that is something is ging on. Happy to be here

Exelent stay

This hotel and restaurant is located in a beautiful part of Ignalina on the shore of a lake. Beautiful view from the room which is really clean, has strong Wifi, hair dryer, towels, bath products, utilities to make tea. The reception is actualy located at the bar in the restaurant and does not work at night. Delicious a la carte breakfast (included in the room price) and other meals. Spacious car park, adventure park near by, a lot of great places for a walk. This place is really enjoyable during winter season, lovely and quiet.

Great stay for XC skiing

Went to Ignalina to do some XC skiing and stayed at Zuvedra. The stay was really nice, though to be fair we were just knackered at the end of the day and wanted to go to sleep. The staff was always really nice, helpful and polite.

Nice lakeside hotel, but be noted that the reception doesn't run 24hr

Very satisfied with its location, room comfort level, and staff services.
Stayed two nights and went hiking in Aukštaitija National Park. It seems the closest hotel near train/bus station (10 mins walking). There are instant coffee, tea bags, and a kettle for using. It has a big closet in the room. Room was clean, and cleaners were honest as I forgot to put "do not disturb" sign and left some money on the coffee table, they came in to clean on the second day without losing any money. Breakfast starts from 8:30am, it's a set menu order at the restaurant of 1st floor.
Please note that the hotel and its restaurant doesn't run 24 hours, but not sure it's close time. The reception is actually the counter of the restaurant. I arrived there after 8:00pm while their restaurant on 1st floor was holding a seminar, but the second night the restaurant closed at 7:30pm. I'm not sure if there wasn't the seminar in my first day, would they wait for me till late?
BTW, their tel# never be answered, so I suggest to check-in before 7:30pm.
(It was low season, and I was afraid they might not open. Although it's available to book on-line, I still made several phone calls before booking, but no one answer. Finally I got "the hotel is open" confirmation by calling information center of Ignalina.)
