Wonderful family vacation
Just got back from staying 2 weeks in 602C . The host Paulina responded to any concerns that came up quickly and efficent. There were no surprises everything she advertised was there. It accommodated 6(4A-2K) comfortably. Most problems that came up were resort related like elevator maintance or pool staff that thought they were cops but nothing that patience didn't handle. Overall I would go back if the opportunity arises.

Worst place to stay
First of all elevators tremendously small. Hosts doesn’t allow air conditioners to be on while gone. Patio doors don’t close all the way, one bedroom door had not lock, a toilet was broken and flooded the place and was never sent anyone to fix it. Lots of bugs probably for the same reason door doesn’t close. Beds are super hard and the pillow had absolutely no fluff. Not enough blankets and the beads didn’t have covers. Also there was no washer or dryer ! This was room 401 in tower B

NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE
We rent through Airbnb, the most annoying and uncomfortable thing, is the security staff, they are high-handed, irritating, it seems that you are trespassing on someone else's property. We're aware that they pulled a girl who passed control without warning. We wouldn't come back for that reason. They treat you like an intruder

The worst
Based on Airbnb are Amarra Cancun!!!!! This apartment has stunning views. It creates a beautiful ambiance to be with family. All Uber eats deliveries are sent up directly to your door and it has many security clearances. However, no view or safety measure is worth this airbnb. The apartment needs maintenance. It is dated. Examples: shower curtains yellow, cracked floors, overused kitchen utensils, iron board is broken, acs barely run, toilets don’t flush properly, grime on shower floors. Although some may overlook that it. The hosts did not specify that this community serves a large number of elders whom have blatant racist ideals. The pool security instructed us to keep our music at a decent noise because they saw we had a speaker. However, residents living there began to yell when we turned our speaker on. They called security and urged them to fine us 15,000 pesos. They began to loudly state that we were new money people, that we were ghetto. They uttered more slurs that I would like to not repeat. They wanted the music to be completely off. Hosts should’ve specified pool rules and no speakers to avoid any altercation. Hosts set us up for an awful encounter. We turned it off but weird stares made us end our pool day. How disrespectful is it to call my family and I ghetto, when I myself serve my american nation. My family has brown hair and it became a target. The final cherry on top, was the hosts themselves. They sent me messages that the Airbnb was extremely dirty upon my family leaving. No specifications. The hosts have a thing of checking out at 12 pm and checking in at 3. Giving the maid only two hours to clean a four bedroom apartment. 2/4 of the bedrooms smelled like the pores of an alcoholic man. The hosts, the neighbors, and the lack of maintenance are not made up by the fantastic view.

You cannot make full use of the facilities, it is only for residents
There are 40 rules that prohibit practically everything, you cannot use the gym, it is only for residents and if your children are children, they cannot shout, or play in the pool making noise, you cannot receive visitors, the apartments are nice but nothing wonderful.
