A Dream Place
Stayed at Delek Holbox in mid-March and had an incredible experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with spotless, well-designed rooms and exceptional service throughout our stay. The beach area is truly the highlight—stunning, peaceful, and perfectly maintained.
A special thanks to Gabriel, the manager, who was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt genuinely well taken care of.
We will definitely be returning soon—highly recommended!

Nice hotel
A very nice, well-maintained hotel, with a beach that seemed private since the hotel is the last one, we were able to see the flamingos in the morning, a beautiful sunrise, clean beach, breakfast included.

Our Favorite Place on Holbox Keeps Getting Better
We've stayed at Delek Holbox several times over the last 5 years, and somehow it just keeps getting better. While the hotel has changed ownership a few times, we're so glad that many of the longtime staff members have remained. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are a big part of what keeps us coming back.
A special thank you to Angel, Kenny, and Manuel, who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. We'd also like to recognize Ricardo, who is a fantastic new addition to the front desk. He was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
This visit was especially memorable because the hotel hosted a Wellness Day, and we had the opportunity to participate in a traditional Mayan Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony. It was an incredible experience—authentic, peaceful, and unlike anything we've done before. It was such a thoughtful addition to an already amazing stay.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. From the lush grounds to the serene beachfront, every detail reflects the care and pride of the staff. Delek Holbox continues to exceed our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough. We already look forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

Excellent stay, the staff was super attentive and the food delicious! Going to the beach late at night to stargaze was amazing!
